Labiaplasty is a surgical procedure in which excess tissue of the inner labia is carefully removed. The aim is to achieve a harmonious, natural appearance and to eliminate any functional discomfort.

A mons pubis lift tightens and lifts the mons pubis area, which can sag due to aging, weight fluctuations, or pregnancy. This procedure provides aesthetic rejuvenation and harmonious contouring of the genital area.

First, a detailed consultation takes place on a separate day. Our doctor will discuss with you individually which treatment options are suitable for you—labia reduction, mons pubis lift, or a combination of both procedures. We will answer all your questions in detail and take the time to address your wishes and concerns.

The actual procedure takes place on a different date. On the day of the operation, you will be placed in a comfortable position – similar to a gynecological examination. The genital area is carefully disinfected and numbed with a local anesthetic. Twilight sleep is also available as an option to make the procedure as comfortable as possible for you.

During the operation, excess tissue from the inner labia is precisely removed and the mons pubis is gently lifted and tightened. The wounds are closed with self-dissolving sutures that do not need to be removed.

After the procedure, you will remain in our practice for observation for about two hours before you can be picked up by a trusted companion.

For optimal healing, we recommend refraining from sports and sexual intercourse for the first 2–4 weeks. Light physical activities are usually possible again after two days, while heavy exertion should be avoided for at least two weeks.

An individual aftercare plan will guide you through the healing phase. About a week after the operation, we will check the healing process and remove the sutures if necessary.
